A two-day course of basic interface training for operators of the Helm and Lee Helm Steering and Thrust Control Consoles can be provided aboard the customer’s vessel. Training aboard the vessel the personnel are associated with allows for greater integration and reinforcement of the material, as engineering and after steering can be manned and able to respond to bridge commands. The two-day course is designed to train 16 personnel, four people per four-hour training session for 2 days.
