Service Approvals

 

 

Sperry Marine Service Engineers are required to leave the following documentation onboard vessels upon completion of VDR installations and Annual Performance Tests:
  1. Completed Sperry Marine Product Service Report
  2. Sperry Marine service engineer's Voyage Data Recorder training certificate (received from completing a Sperry approved VDR training class).
  3. Copy of product type approval certificate from the Class approval society.
  4. Copy of the completed Certificate of Compliance that includes:
    • Signed name
    • Printed name
    • Engineer's stamp
